Destroyed...

What's with all the destroyed ones? My paintings usually get destroyed one of three ways.

Number one: I paint over a finished work because I no longer like it.

Number two: I decide to improve on a finished painting, and totally screw it up. At which point number three kicks in.

Number three: I put a foot or fist through the piece of crap. In the case of the wood stuff, I learned it was better to find something to beat it with and save my knuckles.

I have posted only photos of paintings that I wish I hadn't killed. The paintings that are better off destroyed are not shown.

Picture of Black Thursday: The day 15 or so paintings bit the dust. We were getting ready to move and I just wanted to start over. I trashed almost all of my paintings on this infamous day.

P.S. I miss you Monk.
